The agent was extremely helpful and the trip went very well!
Waterway of the Tsars was a wonderful trip. I highly recommend it. The only suggestion I would make is that when you book this trip Viking automatically sends you an email to let you know that you will need a visa to enter Russia. They can state that they will not help you obtain this visa, but that it is required and offer GenVisa as a service provider.
