While the overall tour was great, and the main tour director was very good, some of the local guides and tour directors left something to be desired. The local tour director in Hong Kong changed the schedule to suit her needs and was unaware of the optional tours we had already pre-booked before we arrived. If we had not booked those optional tours we would have been left sitting around the 1st full day in Hong Kong with nothing to do.

Outstanding tour guide, made this trip very special by sharing his vast knowledge of history and his personal experiences. He went far beyond his job requirement to ensure that everybody had a good experience.

Hotels were mostly 5 stars. Tour guides were knowledgable, cooperative, professional and punctual.
