DAY 2 ARRIVE IN VIENNA, AUSTRIA
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the river cruise ship. (D)
DAY 3 VIENNA
A tour of the historic "City of Music" takes you along the Ringstrasse to St.
Stephen's Cathedral, where Mozart was married in 1782, and then on to Mozarthaus,
where Mozart lived and wrote The Marriage of Figaro. This evening, the captain
hosts a Welcome Dinner on board your ship. (B,L,D)
DAY 4 LINZ
On a walking tour, see Linz's Old Church built in the 1670s by the Jesuits.
Then stroll through the pedestrian zone, the Old Market, and the charming Main

DAY 5 REGENSBURG, GERMANY
Regensburg is a friendly town with quaint cobblestone streets, medieval alleys
and Roman remnants. See the magnificent Cathedral of St. Peter and the town's
12th century Stone Bridge on a walking tour. (B,L,D)
DAY 6 NUREMBERG
Make a stop in historic Nuremberg and see the Nazi Party Rally grounds, the old
town wall, imposing Kaiserburg Castle, and the picturesque central market with
its beautiful fountain. (B,L,D)
DAY 7 BAMBERG
Walk through Bamberg's Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Stroll along the
serpentine streets with their baroque houses, and stop for photos of the Town
Hall, overhanging the river. (B,L,D)
DAY 8 ROTHENBURG / WURZBURG
Travel along the Romantic Road to Rothenburg where the ancient city walls still
stand, protecting the gothic churches and gabled houses. Later, return to the
ship in Würzburg. (B,D)
DAY 9 MILTENBERG
Stop in Miltenberg, a medieval town with crooked streets and leaning houses.
A tour highlights the Old Town, showing off the cobblestone lanes and half
timbered houses. (B,L,D)
DAY 10 FRANKFURT
Disembark in Frankfurt for a sightseeing tour. Drive through the financial hub
of the city and past the Old Town, Goethe University, the Botanical Gardens, and
the historical area around Romer Square. Then there is time to explore on your
own or browse through the shops. (B,L,D)
DAY 11 MAINZ / RUDESHEIM / BOPPARD
Disembark in the charming town of Rüdesheim. A short journey takes you to
Siegfried's Mechanical Musical Instrument Museum. Housing one of the world's
largest collections of mechanical musical instruments, this is a fascinating
stop. Return to the ship and glide along the river to Boppard, where there is
time to stroll through the streets on your own. (B,L,D)
DAY 12 COLOGNE
In Cologne, a walking tour through the narrow streets shows you the
highlights, including the fabulous Gothic Cathedral (The Cathedral is not
visited on Sundays or Catholic holidays.) The city's most famous landmark, the
Cathedral was declared a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1996. (B,L,D)
DAY 13 AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS
Sightseeing in this delightful city takes you past 16th and 17th century homes,
churches and merchant buildings. Then enjoy a highlight visit to the
Rijksmuseum, home to one of the finest collections of Dutch master-pieces in the
world. Your tour includes time to view Rembrandt's famous painting, The Night

DAY 14 DEPART AMSTERDAM
