| | Built in 1991 and completely renovated in 2001, the MS “SWITZERLAND II” is a delightful first class vessel that has been ever popular thanks to its limited capacity of only 110 passengers. The ship’s public areas are cozy and warm and include a reception area with a small shop, a library/reading room, a one sitting restaurant and wood accented, Panorama lounge and bar featuring floor to ceiling windows guaranteeing gorgeous views of the passing countryside. The food is superb with full buffet breakfasts, buffet lunches and sit down romantic dinners. Swiss management and a Dutch crew of 26 ensure that passenger wishes are always handled with efficiency and a smile. |
MS Switzerland II Cabin Information
Cozy 126 ft cabins are spread over only 2 decks, both of which are above
water and with big picture windows. The standard cabins feature all modern
amenities including 2 full size beds, one of which folds into a couch during the
day, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a radio and TV, mini-bar and
individually controlled air conditioning. MS Switzerland also has two single cabins, two Jr. Suites and
4 Suites complete the cabin choices.
