Our agent was terrrific and suggested Uniworld for our trip to China. Uniworld exceeded our expectations in service, accommodations and professionalism.
My first trip with Uniworld marvelous and extremely satisfying..Now I can see the difference since I have used only Trafalgar (6 times) so far & I will spell out one by one. The hotels were great like WALDORF ASTOREUS ,Ritz Carlton etc.Trafalgar 3 or 4 star hotels. Uniworld provided with water all the time ,botlles and bottles free, even though compared to trafalgar the trips were within the city.TRAFALGAR made us pay all the time for water and the trip in their bus sometimes> 500 miles!. Uniworld kept us busy with all possible important sightseeing I did not pay a penny on OPTIONAL tours. Trafalgar rip off they engaged us only half a day and we always ended up paying >$500/per trip on optional tours. Uniworld provided breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday NOT even one day we were asked to eat ourselves.Trafalgar skipped several days lunch or dinner or both. As soon as we arrived I was sent by an individual taxi by Uniworld where as Trfalgar made us wait for others in different airlines and batched up. Uniworld did the same when I left my flight was at 11:45 PM (all the others left by 10:00AM) I was allowed to stay in my room till 7:00PM and was sent by taxi and the local tour guide stayed and put me in the cab and left. Where as Trafalgar dumped me at the airport at 8:00 am for my flight at 10:00PM!! Besides 3 intrenal flights,we saw 3 shows, also 3 days Yangtzae river cruise was included and in the cruise we got VIP cards ,had separate visit to captains bridge and separate dinning room. On top the tour consisted of only 22 members NOT 50 as in Trafalgar. In short I really appreciate the business tactics of Uniworld ie GIVE THE MONEYS WORTH and treat the customers so well Where as Trafalgar seems VERY GREEDY AND ONLY CARES for their profit.
