non-smoking, with panoramic views. Cabins are much larger than those found on
ocean-going cruise ships. Outside cabins measure over 153 sq ft, while suites
are extremely spacious, at 230 sq ft.

Deluxe outside cabins aboard the River Queen are spacious, at 153
sq ft. All staterooms are non-smoking, with panoramic views, and include:
- Hotel-style beds which can be positioned as
two twin beds, or converted into one queen-size bed
- A cozy sitting area by the window with two
chairs and a vanity
- Ample closet space
- Direct dial telephone and remote-control color
TV, with local and satellite channels, onboard programs and videos
- Individual air-conditioning and heating
controls
- Private bathroom with shower, and hair dryer
- An in-cabin safe
- A terry cloth robe for each guest, as an extra
touch of luxury

All deluxe outside cabins are identical, except for the height of the windows:
- Rhine deck cabins (category 1) have
two arched floor-to-ceiling windows
- Danube deck cabins (category 2) have
two windows, about 4.5 ft high
- Main deck cabins (category 3) have
two windows, about 3.5 ft high
- Moselle deck cabins (category 4) have
two smaller windows, about 2 ft high
