Scenic TsarScenic Tours is extremely excited to announce that for 2012 we are upgrading all of the Russia River Cruises to the Scenic Tsar. Scenic Tours has procured the Scenic Tsar and in total over 6.25 million Euros will be invested to completely refurbish and deliver the premier, fi rst class luxury river cruising vessel on Russia’s waterways. The project has commenced in earnest and construction work will begin early September 2011 with the ship entering service mid May 2012.
