| | Celebrating her inaugural year in 2006, the Austrian-owned Amadeus Princess was built specifically for river cruising, and is — quite simply — the BEST vessel cruising the Rhine, Main, and Danube Rivers! Approximately 360 feet long and 36 feet wide, with a draft of five feet, the ship is able to operate in a wide range of shallow river areas. All cabins on two of the passenger cabin decks have floor-to-ceiling windows. Each cabin features twin beds that can be converted to queen-bed configuration. Onboard amenities include spacious public areas, such as the Panorama Bar and an elegant, window-lined dining room where all passengers are served at leisurely single seatings. An open sun deck features a walking track, the Lido bar, a small pool, and a covered area that retracts to allow the vessel to slip under Europe’s ancient bridges. A beauty salon, massage facilities, and small gym are also found on board. The Amadeus Princess has European officers and crew. There are 4 passenger decks and no elevator on board. |
