With the launch of the Avalon Imagery, a new style of ship was introduced to the river cruising industry. The navigational bridge is located in the stern, behind the passenger section, creating a more spacious and gracious interior design and a quieter cruise experience than on traditional small ships.  This Silent Drive System (SDS) makes for a more peaceful and relaxing ride for ultimate enjoyment of Europe's spectacular waterways.
